This year, for the Grand Soir, we’ve saved the best for last. Ysé invites Kaitlyn Reinhart to join us at the festive table for a four-hands dinner.
As a self-taught chef from Canada, Kaitlyn Reinhart (@kaitlynreinhart) began her journey by creating a line of cold-pressed juices with subtle, harmonious flavours. This led to the opening of Otium, her juice and vegetarian coffee bar in Paris, embodying the core of her cuisine: plant-based, natural, and above all, vibrant.
Now, Kaitlyn pursues her path as an independent chef, sharing her passion for mindful cooking that is meaningful, flavourful, authentic, and delicately refined.
Around the table, the outfits are dazzling, and dessert is served. Sweet treats that turn heads, roses in delicate display, and a certain je-ne-sais-quoi of pure exception.
