Outside metropolitan France, customs and import tariffs can be added to the price of our products. We refund these customs duties. You only need to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reference of your order and including the invoice.

A prepaid label will allow you to return your order for free. Don't forget to include the delivery note in your parcel.
UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Outside EU | At your expense

Be sure to keep the tracking number so that you can follow its routing to our premises.
Only items in perfect conditions will be accepted (with the initial elements: product label, shoulder strap, removable foam, protective tab, fasteners, buttons). We do not make any exchanges but only refunds.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 10 to 15 business days and send you a confirmation email.
