Participating in the Competition implies awareness and acceptance of the features and limitations of the technologies used by the Internet and those related to it, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for viewing, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, the inherent risks of any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation, and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network.
Consequently, the Organising Company cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable—without this list being exhaustive—for:
- the content of services viewed on the Internet and, more generally, any information and/or data disseminated on services viewed on these sites;
- the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information over the Internet;
- any malfunction of the Internet network that prevents the proper conduct/operation of the Competition;
- failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more broadly, loss of any data;
- distribution issues;
- the operation of any software;
- the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical fault;

- any technical, hardware, or software failure of any kind that prevented or limited the ability to participate in the Competition or damaged a Participant's system.
It is specified that the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or ending of the Competition, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage that may result, in any manner, from connecting to the Internet.
It is the responsibility of every Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement.
Internet connection and participation in the Competition are the sole responsibility of the participant.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the Competition is partially or totally amended, postponed or cancelled. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.
In any event, if the proper administrative and technical conduct of the Competition is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorised human intervention, or any other cause outside the Organising Company’s control, it reserves the right to interrupt it.

Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or evidential value of the aforementioned elements, on the basis of any legal provision stating that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute evidence.
Thus, such elements shall be considered as useful, admissible, valid and enforceable evidence between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same evidential value as any document created, received or stored in writing.
10. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and terms.
