L’IMPERTINENTE, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris RCS under number 534 376 041, whose registered office is at 71/73 rue de Provence 75009 PARIS - FRANCE (hereafter referred to as the “Organising Company”) is organising from 12 to 13 May 2026 inclusive a giveaway entitled “The Big giveaway — Plein Soleil” (hereafter “the Giveaway”), accessible on the website www.yse-paris.com and on Ysé’s instagram account @yse_paris.

The information that Participants provide as part of the Giveaway may be used by the Organising Company, under the terms set out in these rules.

2.1. Principle

Participation in the Giveaway is open to any person of legal age, with a valid email address or an instagram account, residing in mainland France or internationally, with the exception of permanent or occasional members of the Organising Company, its suppliers, as well as anyone who has had professional contact with the Organising Company for this event (hereafter referred to as “Participant(s)”).

To take part in the Giveaway, Participants must:
- visit the website www.yse-paris.com and the page dedicated to the Giveaway
- visit the instagram account of Ysé @yse_paris on the post dedicated to the Giveaway or in the instagram channel.


On the website: between 12 and 13 May 2026 inclusive, they must enter their details. By submitting the form, Participants will be subscribed to Ysé’s Newsletter. Each Participant may only complete the dedicated page once during the Giveaway period.


On instagram: between 12 and 13 May 2026 inclusive, they must :
- through the post: follow Ysé’s instagram account and tag 2 other instagram accounts (not their own) in a comment
- through the channel: vote for their favourite swimwear category in the survey

2.2. Conditions of participation and validity

Registering under a false identity, providing false information or registering under multiple identities will result in disqualification from the Giveaway. In addition, entries will be disqualified if they are incomplete, incorrect, forged, or made in contravention of these rules.

The Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the prize draw. They must acknowledge receipt of their prize by email or by message within the following week. Without a response, they may be contacted by phone.

If they cannot be reached definitively and do not respond within this period, they will lose their entitlement to the prize and new Participants may be drawn.

3 Winners will receive 1 Ysé set consisting of 1 swimsuit, 1 dress or 1 set, 1 pair of denim shorts and 1 basket bag from the Plein Soleil collection. The total value of the set is a maximum of €500.

A further 3 people will have the chance to win 1 swimsuit worth up to €100 if they have shared their unique referral link with at least 1 person who also signs up.

In case of force majeure or if circumstances require, the Organising Company reserves the right to replace the won prize with another of equivalent nature and value.

Winners may not claim the cash equivalent of the won prize or request an exchange for other goods or services, even if they decide to refuse it or withdraw from the Giveaway. In that case, the prize will be forfeited.

Proof of identity may be requested from Winners.

The Organising Company will inform the winner by email within 5 days of the prize draw on 18 May 2026.

The Organising Company shall not be held responsible in cases where, for reasons beyond its control, notification to the winner is lost or fails to reach its destination due to malfunction or change of contact details.

If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of their winner notification or does not indicate their preferred dates for the stay within the required period, they may be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached by any means, their prize will be forfeited.

Participation in this Giveaway implies, for the benefit of the Organising Company and the Partners of the Giveaway, authorisation to publish the name of the winner across all current and future media formats and in any advertising or promotional event linked to the Giveaway, without this entitling the winner to any remuneration other than the stipulated prizes.

The names and contact details of Participants may be subject to computer processing by the Organising Company.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, Participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, or delete their personal information, as well as to object to the processing of such data.

To exercise these rights, simply make a request, specifying your details and including a copy of your ID, by email to bonjour@yse-paris.com.

For more information on how their personal data is processed, Participants are invited to refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website www.yse-paris.com.

The Organising Company shall not be held liable if a person:

- suffers any technical breakdown (line status, power outage, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.),

- provides inaccurate or incomplete contact details preventing notification of their win.

Participation in the Giveaway implies awareness and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of internet technologies and associated matters, particularly regarding technical performance, response times for viewing, querying or transferring information, risks of interruptions, and generally, the risks inherent to any connection and transmission, including the lack of protection for certain data against possible misappropriation and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network.

As a result, under no circumstances can the Organising Company be held liable, including but not limited to:

- the content of services viewed on the internet and, in general, any information and/or data distributed on such websites;

- the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information via the internet;

- any malfunction of the internet network preventing the proper conduct/operation of the Giveaway;

- failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;

- loss of any hard copy or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;

- delivery issues;

- the operation of any software;

- the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly or technical failure;

- any damage caused to a Participant’s computer or mobile phone;

- any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that prevented or limited the ability to participate in the Giveaway or damaged a Participant’s system.

Please note that the Organising Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or end of the Giveaway, for any reason whatsoever, or any direct or indirect damage resulting in any way from a connection to the Internet.

It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement.

Internet connection and participation in the Giveaway are at the sole responsibility of each Participant.

The Organising Company cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control, the Giveaway is partially or totally changed, postponed or cancelled. No compensation can be claimed in such cases.

In all cases, if the proper administrative and technical conduct of the Giveaway is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the Organising Company’s control, it reserves the right to discontinue it.

The rules for this Giveaway can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them from L’Impertinente at the following address: 71-73 rue de Provence 75009 PARIS. They will also be available on the page dedicated to the Giveaway, on the website www.yse-paris.com.

The Organising Company may rely on, including for evidential purposes, any act, fact or omission, programmes, data, files, records, operations or other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) established, received or stored directly or indirectly by the Organising Company, notably in its information systems, in connection with the Giveaway.

Participants agree not to challenge the admissibility, validity or evidential value of the aforementioned items, on the grounds of any legal provision that would specify certain documents must be written or signed by the parties in order to constitute proof.

Accordingly, the elements considered constitute admissible, valid and enforceable evidence between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document established, received or stored in writing.

Participation in the Giveaway implies full and complete acceptance of all the terms set out in these rules.

The Organising Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, shorten or extend this campaign in whole or in part if circumstances require, with no obligation to justify this decision and without being liable for any compensation.

It is expressly agreed that the applicable law is French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts. However, for Participants residing abroad, local regulations may apply if they prove more favourable for them.
