To drop off an item from your Ysé wardrobe for a Seconde Vie, please visit one of our French boutiques (excluding corners) or to our Belgian boutique and approach one of our team members.
OUR CONDITIONS
Lingerie, swimwear and clothing must be in good or very good condition.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie bottoms and bodysuits must be new and unworn.
We also accept certain items if they are considered repairable, such as a visible underwire or boning for lingerie, a small seam hole for ready-to-wear, or a damaged clasp for swimwear.
Please do not hesitate to contact your boutique beforehand: they will be able to advise you on whether your item can be accepted in its current condition.
Any item accepted will be taken in exchange for a gift card, the amount of which varies depending on the type of product dropped off.

There is no limit to the number of items you can drop off per person.
No, only Ysé products - with a Ysé label - are accepted. Products in collaboration with another brand (Sézane, Tajinebanane, Souleiado, Lucas du Tertre), and therefore bearing another brand's label, cannot be registered.

Gift cards
After dropping off your items, you will receive a Ysé gift card by email. It will be valid on the new collection and second-hand items for a period of one year. If you receive several gift cards following a drop-off, they can be combined.
The amount of your gift card depends on the type of product you deposit:

No. If you do not use your gift card within one year, it will expire and be forfeited.
Resale
After being dropped off, compliant items are entrusted to expert hands that take care of cleaning, repairs and refurbishment.
Items that are ultimately deemed non-compliant will be donated or recycled, depending on their condition.
Yes, Seconde vie clothes and lingerie are available to buy all year round in our Rennes boutique.
We will also be offering Seconde vie items at our Seconde vie pop-ups. The dates of our upcoming pop-ups will be shared very soon.
The lingerie, swimwear, and clothing offered for resale at our Seconde vie pop-ups come from the pieces you drop off throughout the year at our French or Belgian boutiques (excluding corners) or from defective items that we repair.
Seconde vie items can neither be returned nor exchanged.
