Ysé & Rêv'elles
At Ysé, we understand that our responsibility does not end with our company's doors. Since 2022, we have been dedicated to supporting Rêv'Elles.
The women of the association inspire, motivate and support young girls aged 14 to 20 from working-class backgrounds in their professional and personal development. So that every young girl, regardless of her social background, can dream, choose and take control of her own life.
In practical terms, our commitment manifests itself in several ways:
• Financial support
In the form of sponsorship
• Hosting and coaching
Once a year, we open our offices for a day to groups of young women for discussions and exchanges, where our employees present their jobs, talk about their careers, answer questions and share their experiences. The young women also visit our Lyon boutique once a year.
• Participation in the ‘RVL ton potentiel’ jury
An inspiring day during which a group of young women present their projects to a jury of professionals, following a week of coaching with the association's teams, which takes place three times a year in Paris and Lyon. Two to three Ysé employees participate in this jury each time.
• Solidarity micro-donations in-store:
Since early July 2025, we have set up solidarity micro-donations in our French and Belgian stores. At the time of payment, our customers can choose to add a donation. The donations collected are donated to Rêv'Elles, which is a no-brainer for us.
