This letter is an opportunity for me to express my sincere gratitude to all of you.

We have always had this philosophy of striving to do better and acting conscientiously, guided by our commitment and common sense.

This certification is not an end in itself, but rather a step to give us the strength and will to continue to act together, to be ever more demanding and transparent.

To keep your bodies close to our hearts and minds, and the desire to do more good.

What is B Corp ?

B Corp is a label created in 2006 in the United States to rethink the notion of ‘success’ for businesses.

The main objective is to incorporate new variables into the evaluation of companies: those of sustainable development.

Being a B Corp-certified company means being part of an international community of companies that are committed to doing business differently, within the framework of more sustainable development, by meeting high and dynamic social and environmental standards.

Companies in the community incorporate the continuous improvement of their commitment standards in various areas into their strategies:

Governance: transparency, financial health, stakeholder involvement, etc.

Employees: salaries, pensions, additional services offered to employees, health and well-being, career development, satisfaction, leave, etc.

The environment: internal environmental management, air and climate management, water management, materials used, traceability, etc.

Communities: diversity and inclusion, local hiring and purchasing policies, civic engagement and donations, supply chain management.

Customers: customer management, customer feedback, quality control, inclusive marketing, etc.

L'engagement Ysé

At Ysé, our ambition is to create beautiful and ethical products, and to always strive to do better.

These strong commitments are based on several key points:

Local sourcing: materials and products manufactured in the Euro-Med area (Europe and the Mediterranean basin).

Carefully selected materials to limit their impact on the environment: a minimum of 50% recycled, organic or responsible fibres for viscose and wool is favoured, as well as French or upcycled materials. This autumn-winter 2024 season, we have managed to achieve 95% more responsible fibres across all our collections.

Workshops are audited to ensure good working conditions at our production partners.

We have been partnering with the Rêv'elles association for over two years.

We pay particular attention to our employees at head office and in stores: sustainable mobility passes, sports passes, regular social and environmental awareness workshops, etc.
