When you fall in love with a swimsuit. When you fall in love with lingerie. When you say yes, you want it to last a lifetime.
To extend your love affair with your Ysé products, we've teamed up with Les Réparables for our first free repair service.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Choose the category of garment to be repaired below.
Step 2: Fill in the repair form and use the code YSEREPAIR.
Step 3: Send your garment for free repair with a Mondial Relay label.
Step 4: Check your emails to answer any questions your seamstress may have.
Step 5: Wait 20 days.
Please note that, as with any repair, it is possible that some components may be replaced with ones that do not match the exact colour of the original model.

Les Réparables is a team of repairing seamstresses and two workshops in France. But above all, it's a commitment to sustainable fashion through repair. Because unlike your ex, your clothes deserve a second chance.

Products that can be repaired :
- Ysé lingerie
- Ysé swimwear
- Ysé wardrobe
Products that cannot be repaired :
- Products that are not Ysé
- Ysé baskets and bags
- Ysé socks and tights
Our swimwear in collaboration with Sézane and products in collaboration with another brand (products with a label other than Ysé) cannot be repaired. We advise you to contact Sézane, Tajine banane or Souleiado.
For its launch, our repair service is offered. Ysé will cover 100% of the cost of repair and transport.
For your repair to be offered you must use the code YSEREPAIR.
Les Réparables specialise in the invisible repair of :
- Various holes
- Loose parts (straps, belt loops, clips, underwiring, etc.)
- Buttons
- Replacement of damaged parts (swimsuit back fasteners, adjusters, etc.)
- Repair of ties
- Stitches with holes
Products that are simply worn, pilled or loose cannot be repaired by Les Réparables.
Repairs are currently only available for shipments from mainland France.
Your product and anything else that could help with the repair: the button that came off, the frame that came out... if you still have it.
Les Réparables specialises in the invisible repair of textile products. However, as with any repair, it is possible that some of the items needed for the repair are not exactly the same colour as the original model, or that the buttons are not exactly the same.
That's why we encourage you to send us any accessories that you would like to have repaired (buttons, underwires, stays, clips) so that the repair is as invisible as possible.
Between 15 and 20 days from the time you send your product to the time you receive it back.
Circularity & sustainability
If it's beautiful, we don't throw it away. We call this circularity, but we prefer to call it a necessity.
We do everything we can to ensure that our products stay in your hands, or are passed from hand to hand, for as long as possible. But we need you to help us keep our products alive for as long as possible.
